Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Live fish must be reported within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues.

    • Any damage fish food should be reported within 14 days of the purchase date with photos for justification

    • Live fishes are not returnable unless they arrive dead on arrival (DOA) or in poor health, or not exactly what you ordered for verified with photographic evidence.

  2. Return Process:

    • For live fish: Notify us immediately at [arowanafishstoreus@gmail.com] with a clear photograph and details of the issue.

    • For any bad food: Contact our customer service team at [sales@arowanafishstore.com] with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

    • Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for defectived or incorrect items.

    • Condition of Returned Items:

      • Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt provided in packs.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • For live fish: Refunds or replacements are only provided for DOA claims made within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.

    • For live fish: Refunds or replacements are only provided for incorrect orders.

    • For damage food: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, refunds will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  2. Non-Refundable Costs:

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  3. Late or Missing Refunds:


Exchanges
